Sunscreen Is Not Just for Summer – It Should Be Valued All Year Round
Sunscreen is the top priority of anti-aging and whitening, and it is also the most easily ignored beauty knowledge—ultraviolet rays exist all year round. Even on cloudy days and winter, they can damage the skin, leading to tanning, spots, increased wrinkles, and even accelerated skin aging. First of all, choose a suitable sunscreen product: for daily commuting, choose sunscreen with SPF30+ and PA+++, which is enough to resist daily ultraviolet rays; for outdoor exposure and beach trips, choose high-protection sunscreen with SPF50+ and PA++++, and reapply every 2-3 hours. Secondly, the sunscreen technique should be in place: each application amount is not less than the size of a 1-yuan coin, evenly apply on exposed parts such as the face, neck, and ears to avoid “missing application”; for friends who wear makeup, they can choose sunscreen spray for reapplication, avoiding the eye area. In addition, physical sunscreen is indispensable: wear a hat, hold an umbrella, and wear long sleeves when going out for double protection effect. Remember: sensitive skin can choose physical sunscreen (containing zinc oxide and titanium dioxide), which is mild and non-irritating; acne-prone skin should avoid overly thick and comedogenic sunscreen.
